Jay Rosapepe

Mr. Rosapepe is the former Director of Transportation Services for the South Kitsap School District for 8 years and has over 18 years of leadership experience in school and public transportation as a director, operations manager and maintenance manager. He also has extensive leadership, logistical and financial experience during a twenty-year naval career in a variety of assignments from Director, Manchester Fuel Depot, Manchester, WA to Supply Officer on two nuclear submarines.

Mr. Rosapepe holds a B.S. in Business and Finance from Mount St. Mary’s College and a M.S. in Petroleum Management from Kansas University. He has taught undergraduate courses at Kansas University and Olympic College, and postgraduate courses at the Navy Supply Corps School. He and his wife Susan have lived in South Kitsap since 1993 and Port Orchard since 2009.
