Scott Diener has lived in Port Orchard since 2005.  His city and county planning experience dates back to 1992, and during this time he has come to understand what good legislative processes and practices look like.  Emphasizing public participation, Scott feels it is important to support multiple ways to communicate with government.  During Scott’s four-year term, the City  will see substantive change and challenges, and Scott is positioned to assist in good community-based decision-making.  In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with his family in and around Port Orchard.
