DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: Construction of two (2) apartment buildings consisting of 57 dwelling units and associated transportation and utility infrastructure.  PROPONENT: Team 4 Engineering, 5819 NE Minder Rd, Poulsbo, WA 98370 LOCATION OF PROPOSAL: 1601 Plisko Ln. North of the intersection of Plisko Ln and SE Mile Hill Dr, Port Orchard, APN #252401-3-042-2002. LEAD AGENCY: City of Port Orchard SEPA DETERMINATION The City of Port Orchard, as lead agency for this proposal, after reviewing a completed environmental checklist and other information on file, has determined that the proposed project does not have a probable adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). Information on file for this proposed project is available to the public on request to the lead agency. This Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) is issued January 10, 2022 under WAC 197-11-340 and Port Orchard Municipal Code (POMC) Title 20. The lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issue. Comments must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m., on January 24, 2022, 14 days from the date of this notice. Issue Date: January 10, 2022 You may appeal this determination by submitting a Notice of Appeal and a filing fee no later than 4:00 p.m. on February 1, 2022 to: City of Port Orchard, Attn: City Clerk – SEPA Appeal, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA  98366.
