DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: Construction of seven (7) apartment buildings consisting of 138 dwelling units with an accessory recreational building and associated transportation and utility infrastructure.

PROPONENT: Harbor Custom Development, Inc., 11505 Burnham Dr NW Suite 301, Gig Harbor, WA 98332

LOCATION OF PROPOSAL: 2864 Harold Dr SE. West of the intersection of Harold Dr SE and SE Lundberg Rd, Port Orchard, APNs #4625-000-013-0002 and 352401-4-002-2006.

LEAD AGENCY: City of Port Orchard

SEPA DETERMINATION The City of Port Orchard, as lead agency for this proposal, after reviewing a completed environmental checklist and other information on file, has determined that the proposed project does not have a probable adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). Information on file for this proposed project is available to the public on request to the lead agency.

This Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) is issued January 10, 2022 under WAC 197-11-340 and Port Orchard Municipal Code (POMC) Title 20. The lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issue.

Comments must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m., on January 24, 2022, 14 days from the date of this notice.
