(360) 874-5533 DETERMINATION: The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21 C.030(2)(c). The decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. This Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) is issued January 10, 2023 under WAC 197-11-340 and POMC Title 20. The lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issue. Comments must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m., on January 24, 2023, 14 days from the date of this notice. DATE OF ISSUE: January 10, 2023 APPEAL DEADLINE: February 7, 2023 at 4:30pm APPEAL PERIOD: Pursuant to RCW 43.21C, any person wishing to appeal this determination may file such an appeal within 14 days from the date of issue.
