PERMIT APPLICATIONS: Land Disturbing Activity Permit PW22-052, Storm Drainage Permit PW22-053 Location OF PROPOSAL: 5171 St Andrews Dr SW; parcel number 092301-2-002-2003 DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: Construction of a new pump station with new wells, pumps, and treatment; site development and decommission existing wells. (360) 874-5533 DETERMINATION: The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21 C.030(2)(c). The decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. This Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) is issued January 10, 2023 under WAC 197-11-340 and POMC Title 20. The lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issue. Comments must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m., on January 24, 2023, 14 days from the date of this notice. DATE OF ISSUE: January 10, 2023 APPEAL DEADLINE: February 7, 2023 at 4:30pm APPEAL PERIOD: Pursuant to RCW 43.21C, any person wishing to appeal this determination may file such an appeal within 14 days from the date of issue. You should be prepared to make specific factual objections. There is a fee to appeal this determination.
