AMENDING LFO INSTRUCTIONS

This form is eligible to be filled out for criminal cases ONLY, excluding active Pre-Trial Diversion Agreements and Deferred Prosecutions.

Once completed, please bring the Amending LFO Motion and Declaration form to Port Orchard Municipal Court, 3rd floor of the City Building to receive a court date.
