2024 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update – Draft Elements Workshop

The City of Port Orchard invites residents, business owners, and stakeholders to participate in a public workshop as part of the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update. This workshop provides an opportunity for the community to review and provide input on the Draft Elements of the Comprehensive Plan.

The workshop will cover updates to all draft Elements, introduce the Bethel subarea plans, and discuss the City’s strategies for meeting state, regional, and county regulatory requirements. Key areas of focus include land use, zoning, housing, and overall growth management for the next 20 years.
