Notice of a Quorum

PORT ORCHARD, WA – Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will conduct a special meeting for the purpose of touring recently completed, under construction, and future development projects within the City of Port Orchard. This event and quorum is being noticed
as per RCW 42.30.080 ‘Special Meetings’.

EVENT: Planning Commission Special Meeting

DATE: Tuesday, August 15, 2017

TIME: 4:00pm to 6:00pm

LOCATION: Using city vehicle(s) and departing from City Hall at 216 Prospect Street, the meeting will include stops at various projects where City staff and Planning Commissioners will exit the vehicle to tour projects. The proposed stops will include The Ridge Development, McCormick Woods Parcels D (Eldon Trails) and E (Both accessed from St. Andrews Drive), McCormick Village Park, Stetson Heights, the Sinclair Apartment Homes (Sidney and Sedgwick), Bravo Terrace, Les Schwab (on Sedgwick), The Andasio Village and Blueberry Ridge Subdivisions (Near Blueberry and Ramsey Road), The intersection of Salmonberry and Bethel, The intersection of Vallair Court and Bethel, The Berg Short Plat (near the intersection of Sidney and Kinsley Lane), the Thimbleberry Townhomes (at Thimbleberry and Salmonberry), Bay Ford, St. Vincent De Paul, The Overlook Apartments, and Horstman Heights.
