Public Hearing: Housekeeping Amendments to Title 20

The Port Orchard Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during its regularly-scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall, to take testimony and comment on proposed “housekeeping” amendments to POMC Title 20 (Unified Land Use and Development Code). The amendment will correct minor errors, update the code to reflect changes in state law and/or other City codes, and provide clarifications for the public and internal reviewers. The amendment does not involve significant changes to the code.

Any person or public agency expressing an interest is invited to attend the public hearing and/or submit written comments to the Department of Community Development on or before 4:00 PM, November 5, 2019.
