Parcel Number:  4623-000-001-0008. Applicant: Pacific NW Yachtfish Marine LLC, 53 SW Bay St, Port Orchard, WA 98366. Date of Application: February 23, 2024. Date Technically Complete: March 27, 2024. Site Description: 53 SW Bay Street, Port Orchard. Project Description:  After-the-fact permit for the expansion of an existing tool shed located over water on an existing pier. A SEPA Determination has not been issued at this time. Existing Studies and Environmental Documents Evaluating the Proposal: None. Any interested person may comment on this application. The comment period will remain open for 30 days. The deadline to submit comments is May 10, 2024 at 4:30pm. The application file may be examined at DCD, 720 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA  98366, by appointment between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays. A Type III shoreline permit is a decision of the Hearing Examiner and the Department of Ecology.
