NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is a public notice that the City of Port Orchard Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing on May 13, 2025 at 1:00 PM on the following project: Bruce Titus Ford EV Chargers. File Number: LU24-SH SDP-03. Application Type: Shoreline Substantial Development (Type III). Applicant: EC Company, 981 Powell Avenue SW Suite #200, Renton WA 98057. Owner: Bruce Titus Ford, 1215 Bay Street, Port Orchard WA 98366. Date of Technically Complete Application: November 7, 2024. Project Location: 1207 Bay St, Port Orchard, tax parcel #252401-2-018-2004. Project Description: Excavate from electrical panel on car wash to new charger location and install conduit to charger location. Scope of work includes excavation for EV charger foundation, new concrete base for EV charger, and installation of new EV charger. All work to be outside of 75’ shoreline buffer. SEPA Threshold Determination: On November 21, 2024, the lead agency determined that the project meets the SEPA exemption criteria listed under WAC 197-11-800(23). A copy of the record, including the application and supporting documents, are available for inspection by the public at no cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least five (5) working days prior to the hearing. Copies will be provided at the requestor’s cost. The file may be examined electronically upon request. The Public Hearing will be conducted both in-person and through remote attendance technology via Zoom at the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84326893365#success or in person at 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard WA 98366 in the Robert Geiger Council Chambers. All interested parties, including property owners, tenants, and business owners are encouraged to participate and provide input on the proposed development.
