PORT ORCHARD, WA – The City Council is holding a public hearing at its regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 6:30pm, regarding adoption of an ordinance for a Development Agreement related to the dedication of certain public property for future right-of way related to Bethel Rd SE and SE Salmonberry Rd traffic impact fee credits associated with a 24-unit multifamily project located east of the intersection of Bethel Road SE and SE Salmonberry Road.
