This is a public notice that the City of Port Orchard will conduct a public hearing on the following project:
File Name: Bldg G Urgent Care McCormick Village. Hearing Date: April 12, 2024 at 9:00am. File Number: LU24-CUP-03. Application Type: Conditional Use Permit. Applicant: Tyler Schnebele, The Cordillera Group, 805 Kirkland Ave Suite 200, Kirkland, WA 98033. Date of Application: February 15, 2024. Date of Complete Application: March 1, 2024. Site Description: West of McCormick Village Dr and South of SW Yarrow St; .06 miles north of the intersection of McCormick Village Dr and SW Old Clifton Rd, parcel #5695-000-084-0305. Description of Proposal: Establishment of a new urgent care clinic within the new McCormick Village Commercial development with the Commercial Mixed-Use zoning designation. Applicable Code(s): Port Orchard Municipal Code Title 20. Review of Documents: A copy of the hearing record, including the application and supporting documents, are available for inspection by the public at no cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least five (5) calendar days prior to the hearing. Copies will be provided at the requestor’s cost.
