You have the right to comment on this application, receive notice, request a copy of the decision once made and appeal the project decision. File Number: LU24-PLAT PRELIM-03. Project Name: McCormick Woods Planning Area H Preliminary Plat. Type of Application:  Preliminary Subdivision (Type III). Parcel Number: 092301-4-004-2007. Applicant: Patrick Hopper, Contour Engineering, LLC, PO Box 949, Gig Harbor, WA 98335. Date of Application: October 8, 2024. Date Application was Determined Technically Complete: November 7, 2024. Site Description: Generally located south of St Andrews Dr SW & east of Hawkstone Ave. Project Description:  Preliminary subdivision of a 28.3-acre parcel into 105 lots for future single family residential development. The SEPA official for the City of Port Orchard has not issued a SEPA determination for the project at this time. Existing Studies and Environmental Documents Evaluating the Proposal: Geotechnical Report, Landscape Plans, Tree Preservation and Replacement Plan, Wetland Technical Memorandum, and SEPA checklist. Any interested person may comment on this application. The comment period will remain open for 14 days. The deadline to submit comments is December 5, 2024 at 4:30pm. The application file may be examined at DCD, 720 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA  98366, by appointment between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday, except holidays. After an open record hearing, the Hearing Examiner will issue a decision within 14 days of the close of the record.
