Description of Proposed Project: Reduce the number of parking stalls required per Table 20.124.140 from 156 to 119 for the residential parking requirements on the site. The City of Port Orchard SEPA Responsible Official issued any SEPA Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance for the project on October 8, 2021. Public Comment Period and Appeals: Any interested person may comment on this application. The comment period will remain open for 14 days. The deadline to submit comments is February 7, 2023.
