Notice is hereby given that the City of Port Orchard Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the adoption of amendments to the Port Orchard Municipal Code (POMC) 20.12, 20.32, 20.39, and 20.124 in implementation of House Bill 1998 regarding “Co-living”. Date: Tuesday, November 4, 2025

All interested parties, including residents, business owners, and stakeholders, are encouraged to participate and provide input on the proposed amendments.
