This is a public notice that the City of Port Orchard will conduct a public hearing on the following project:

File Name: 792 SW Bay Street Front Yard Setback Variance. Hearing Date: March 21, 2024 at 9:00am. File Number: LU23-VAR-01. Application Type: Quasi-Judicial Variance (Type III). Applicant: Catherine Bollinger. Date of Application: November 13, 2023. Location: 792 SW Bay Street, parcel #272401-4-024-2000. Description of Proposal: Request for a variance to reduce the 40’ front yard setback requirement in the zoning code for an accessory structure to a residential use (storage shed) to 0’. Applicable Code(s): Port Orchard Municipal Code Title 20. Review of Documents: A copy of the hearing record, including the application and supporting documents, are available for inspection by the public at no cost. A staff report will be available for inspection at least five (5) calendar days prior to the hearing.
