This is a public notice that the City of Port Orchard will conduct a public hearing before the City’s Hearing Examiner on November 8, 2022 at 10:00AM on the following project: The Ridge at Stetson Heights Preliminary Plat File Number: LU21-PLAT PRELIM-01 Application Type Preliminary Plat (Type III)

Applicant: Larson and Associates, Grant Middleton PE, 9027 Pacific Ave, Suite 4, Tacoma, WA  98444 Date of Application: January 29, 2021 Date of Complete Application: February 26, 2021 Location: No address assigned (APN 5687-000-106-0002). Located approximately 1,570 feet west of the intersection of Glenwood Road SW and SW Sedgwick Road. Description of Proposal: A 108-lot preliminary plat which consists of the division of one existing tax parcel to accommodate detached houses. SEPA Threshold Determination: The City of Port Orchard issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance for the proposal on September 30, 2022, consistent with WAC 197-11-350. Required Permits: The following local, state, and federal permits/approvals are needed for the proposed project: Preliminary Plat, Land Disturbing Activity Permit, Storm Drainage Permit, Capacity Reservation Certificate, and Building Permits Applicable Code(s): Port Orchard Municipal Code Title 20, WAC 197-11 SEPA Rules.
