Adoption of an Ordinance for a Development Agreement Related to the Dedication of Right-of-way for Bethel Rd SE and Traffic Impact Fee Credits

PORT ORCHARD, WA – The City Council is holding a public hearing at its regular City Council Meeting on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at 6:30pm, regarding adoption of an ordinance for a Development Agreement related to the dedication of certain public property for future right-of way related to Bethel Rd SE and traffic impact fee credits associated with a 108-unit multifamily project located at the northwest corner of the intersection of SE Blueberry Rd and Bethel Rd SE.
