This is a public notice that the City of Port Orchard Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 6:00 pm in the Port Orchard City Council Chambers at 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA to take public testimony and comment on:
A request from McCormick Development Corporation for the classification of a one-acre parcel within the Amherst Plat identified as APN 5686-000-058-0001 by the Kitsap County Assessor to be designated with an Open Space Tax Classification.
The hearing will be a hybrid meeting where participants may attend in person or remotely by Zoom webinar, and participants may join by computer audio-video or telephone audio.
