DETERMINATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE (DNS)

PROJECT: Lot 18 Port Orchard Industrial Park. PERMIT APPLICATIONS: PW23-050, PW23-051, PW23-054. Location OF PROPOSAL: NW corner of the Lumsden Rd and Vivian Ct intersection in the Port Orchard Industrial Park, parcel number 5392-000-018-0005. DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The development of a 23,200 (145’ x 160’) square foot Light Manufacturing facility. Applicant: Tony Branham, PO Box 1506, Gig Harbor WA 98335. DETERMINATION: The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21 C.030(2)(c). The decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. This Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) is issued November 3, 2023 under WAC 197-11-340 and POMC Title 20. The lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issuance. Comments must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m., on November 17, 2023, 14 days from the date of this notice. DATE OF ISSUANCE: November 3, 2023 APPEAL DEADLINE: November 17, 2023 at 4:30pm APPEAL PERIOD: Pursuant to RCW 43.21C, any person wishing to appeal this determination may file such an appeal within 14 days from the date of issuance.
