PERMIT APPLICATIONS: PW22-029, PW22-030, PW22-031, PW22-038, LU22-Plat Prelim-02 Location OF PROPOSAL: North of Old Clifton Rd between Feigley Rd and McCormick Village Drive; parcel number 5695-000-084-0305, -0206, -0107. DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: Development of the site and future construction of approx. 25,220 sq ft of commercial space and approx. 430 single- and multi-family units.

(360) 874-5533 DETERMINATION: The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21 C.030(2)(c). The decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request. This Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) is issued March 6, 2023 under WAC 197-11-340 and POMC Title 20. The lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issuance. Comments must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m., on March 20, 2023, 14 days from the date of this notice. DATE OF ISSUANCE: March 6, 2023 APPEAL DEADLINE: March 20, 2023 at 4:30pm APPEAL PERIOD: Pursuant to RCW 43.21C, any person wishing to appeal this determination may file such an appeal within 14 days from the date of issuance. You should be prepared to make specific factual objections. There is a fee to appeal this determination.
