In accordance with the Washington State Public Records Act, RCW 42.56, the City of Port Orchard allows for the inspection or copies of records unless specifically exempted by law. Once a request has been submitted, the City of Port Orchard may contact the requestor for clarification of the request or to coordinate delivery of the records.
