I did not receive my bill this month, what do I do?

All utility bills are mailed the last day of each month; if you haven’t received your bill please contact the Finance Department (360-876-5139) to verify your correct mailing address is on file. Also, the Utility Billing Clerk can send you out an additional copy for your records. You may want to contact your United States Postal Office (1-800-275-8777) if it becomes a continual problem. All bills are due 25 days from the due date regardless of receipt of the bill.
