Can I reserve a park for my event?
Port Orchard City parks are on a first come, first serve basis. We do not accept reservations at this time. Should you have any questions on City parks, please contact our Public Works Department at 360-876-4991.

Where can I do community service work?
If you have been authorized to perform community restitution work for a Port Orchard Municipal Court case, you must perform the community restitution work for the City of Port Orchard . Please contact the court at 360-876-1701 for further information.
I received a parking ticket while I was in Court at the County. Do I have to pay it?
Yes, attending court is not an automatic defense for violating the City’s parking ordinance. If you want to contest the parking ticket, you must follow the instructions on the back of the ticket.

The City of Port Orchard has zoning requirements to provide for orderly development. Certain businesses are allowed in certain areas of the city. Before considering starting a business, contact the Department of Community Development, to ask whether your proposed business is allowed in the area, especially before making a commitment to lease or buy space!
