SEPA Threshold Determination: The City of Port Orchard issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for the proposal on September 18, 2025. A Modified DNS was issued on October 29, 2025 consistent with WAC 197-11-340, WAC 197-11-680, and POMC Title 20. A Modified DNS was required due to an insufficient open public comment period of twelve (12) days. Comments shall be given to the lead agency within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance of the DNS. Applicable Code(s): Port Orchard Municipal Code Title 20, WAC 197-11 SEPA. Review of Documents: A copy of the record, including the application and supporting documents, are available for inspection by the public at no cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least five (5) working days prior to the hearing.
