PORT ORCHARD, WA [October 17, 2025] Phase 1 of roadway frontage improvements associated with the development at 429 Bay Street is scheduled for construction on Monday, October 20, 2025, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The work may be rescheduled for Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 9:00am to 5:00pm if required due to weather. Phase 2 of the frontage improvements will be scheduled at a future date. Notice related to phase 2 will be provided as details become available.
During this time, Bay Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers providing traffic control operations through the work zone.
It is recommended to utilize alternate routes during construction. Your patience is greatly appreciated as these important developer constructed frontage improvements are installed.
