PORT ORCHARD, WA [October 27, 2025] Phase 2 of roadway frontage improvements associated with the development at 429 Bay Street is scheduled for construction on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 9am through Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 5:30am. Work is scheduled to occur during both daytime and nighttime hours. The work may be shifted after 5:30am on Thursday, October 30, 2025, if required due to weather.
During this time, Bay Street will be reduced to one lane with a temporary traffic signal providing traffic control operations through the work zone. Temporary signals will be placed for both directions of Bay St. as well as on Port Orchard Blvd.
It is recommended to utilize alternate routes during construction. Your patience is greatly appreciated as these important developer constructed frontage improvements are installed.
