SEPA DETERMINATION The City of Port Orchard, as lead agency for this proposal, after reviewing a completed environmental checklist and other information on file, has determined that the proposed project does not have a probable adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c). Information on file for this proposed project is available to the public on request to the lead agency. This Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) is issued December 1, 2022, under WAC 197-11-340 and Port Orchard Municipal Code (POMC) Title 20. The lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the date of issue. Comments must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m., on December 15, 2022, 14 days from the date of this notice.
