When can I use fireworks within Port Orchard city limits?

Chapter 5.60 ‘Fireworks’ of the Port Orchard Municipal Code states that no person shall use or explode any  Fireworks within the city except from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the fourth day of July of any year and except where public displays are authorized pursuant to the laws of the state of Washington.

Can I reserve a park for my event?

Port Orchard City parks are on a first come, first serve basis. We do not accept reservations at this time. Should you have any questions on City parks, please contact our Public Works Department at 360-876-4991.

How do I apply for a special/public event?

If you, or your organization is holding an event within Port Orchard City Limits, a Special Event Application is required.
