Please note: Municipal  court will close early at noon on December 24 and December 31 for the holidays. We’ll reopen at 8:00 a.m. on December 26 and January 2.

Port Orchard Municipal Court hears misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor criminal cases including criminal traffic, criminal non-traffic, and all non-criminal traffic and non-traffic infractions, and parking tickets for violations occurring within the city limits.
