Residential Building Permit Application: Apply Online
Apply for a Residential Building Permit using the Permit Center’s Online Permit Guide. After you sign in to the Guide, you will find the Residential Building Permit Application under the Residential section. This online application can be used for residential projects such as remodels, additions, decks, porches, garages, sheds, other accessory buildings, fences, and retaining walls. It is not for use when building a new Single Family Residence.
