Bio's of the 2020 Judge Team Members

Alexis fell in love with Port orchard when she moved here in 2007. She worked as a Christmas decorator during her college years, putting up countless ornaments and getthe the lights just right on every tree. Her hobbies include gardening, hiking, and being a hockey and dance mom to her two kids. Christmas is her favorite time of year and she loved the way her adopted hometown celebrates the holidays.

Delaney McKinnon

Delaney is a 9th grader at South Kitsap High School, loves all holidays, but especially Christmas.  She loves the scents of Christmas-time, the tree in the house, baking cookies, and hot apple cider bubbling on the stove.  Her hobbies include playing ice hockey, competing in Highland Dancing, and performing with her friends at the Western Washington Center of the Arts.  She is thrilled to be part of the judging team and wishes everyone a fantastic holiday season!tree contest judges

Lola Pagel

Lola is a ninth grader at South Kitsap High School. Christmas is her favorite time of year and she especially likes decorating the tree with her family. Her other hobbies include playing with her dog Dexter, making art, and hanging out with her friends. She’s so happy that she got to be a part of judging the trees and she hopes y’all have a wonderful Merry Christmas!

Dana Pagel

Dana grew up in Gig Harbor but has happily called Port Orchard her home for the past 20 years. She likes to sew and knit, and loves anything having to do with home decor. Her favorite part of the holidays is Christmas Eve when her family all gathers to celebrate with Danish traditions. She is honored to be able to take part in judging the many beautiful Christmas trees this year!Tree contest judges 1
