Kitsap County Grant Recommendation Committee – Committee members serve one-year terms. One board member shall be appointed by the Port Orchard City Mayor for the Capital Grant Recommendation Committee, and one board member shall be appointed to the Services Grant Recommendation Committee. The board provides input on the funding process and makes funding recommendations according to the needs of the community.
