New Locations of City Staff and Services During City Hall Remodel

PORT ORCHARD, WA – Due to the remodel of City Hall, several changes have been made with City staff and departments.

City Hall

  • Starting Monday, March 4th, the door to the 2nd floor of City Hall, located on Prospect Street, will be locked until completion of the 2nd floor remodel. Staff and the public can enter City Hall through the 1st floor door, located on Bay Street.
  • Starting Monday, March 4th, access to the 2nd floor is restricted during construction.

Municipal Court

  • Starting Monday, March 4th, access to the Municipal Court, located on the 3rd floor, will only be available from the 1st floor of City Hall, off Bay Street. The elevator must be used as the stairwell will be closed to the public.

Staffing

  • Starting Monday, March 4th utility bill payments and residential parking passes can be made with the finance department located at 720 Prospect Street.
  • The front counter for public works has also been moved to 720 Prospect Street where the active club keys can be picked up.
  • The City Clerk’s office has been moved to the 3rd floor. Access is restricted, please call if you need to contact them or schedule an appointment.

Council Meetings

  • Council meetings have not changed and will still be held in the 3rd floor Council Chambers.  To attend meetings, access is only allowed from the 1st floor on Bay Street. The elevator must be used as the stairwell will be closed to the public.
