This is a public notice that the City of Port Orchard will conduct a public hearing on the following project:

Date of Application: February 13, 2024. Date of Complete Application: February 14, 2024. Site Description: 1180 Bethel Ave, Port Orchard, WA; southwest of the intersection of Mile Hill Dr, Bethel Ave, and Bethel Rd SE, parcel #352401-1-028-2002. Description of Proposal: Establishment of a chiropractic office in the Commercial Mixed-Use zone. Applicable Code(s): Port Orchard Municipal Code Title 20. Review of Documents: A copy of the hearing record, including the application and supporting documents, is available for inspection by the public at no cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the hearing. Copies will be provided at the requestor’s cost.
