Notice of Public Hearing: School Impact Fees PO Number: DCD

Notice is hereby given that the City of Port Orchard City Council will hold a Public Hearing on an Ordinance adopting a new school impact fee schedule and amending POMC 20.182 and POMC 20.184.  The ordinance aims to implement the impact fee rate structure requirements associated with recently passed legislation included in SB 5258 and HB 1337 as codified in RCW  82.02.060 and 36.70A.681.

All interested parties, including residents, business owners, and stakeholders, are encouraged to participate and provide input on the proposed amendments.
