The City is excited to share concept plans for the soon to be developed McCormick Village commercial area to be located at the southeast corner of the intersection of McCormick Village Drive and SW Yarrow Street. The city has been working with McCormick Communities, LLC to develop a site plan that is consistent with the McCormick Village Subarea Plan.
