Pursuant to POMC 10.12.120, the City offers special parking passes for Jurors and visitors conducting business at City Hall or the Kitsap County government campus.  To request a guest parking permit, please contact the City Clerk’s office at 360-876-4407 or cityclerk@portorchardwa.gov.
