Street Use Permits

Information

Street Use Permits provide for the storing, erecting, placing upon, maintaining, or operating any inanimate thing or object in, upon, over, or under any public place as outlined in POMC 20.24.  As it relates to parking, a street use permit may allow for the temporary use of the public street for a moving truck, storage pod, or for special equipment.  Street use permit requests are processed by the City’s Permit Center.  To apply for a street use permit you must complete both a master permit application and a street use permit application.  Applications can be submitted to the Permit Center at 720 Prospect Street or online via email using the permitcenter@portorchardwa.gov email address.  For additional information, please contact the Permit Center at 360-874-5533 or permitcenter@portorchardwa.gov.
