Renovations are proposed for City Hall. Planned work includes reroofing and residing the building along with replacing the mechanical systems and electrical upgrades for energy efficiency. Systems are approaching the end of their service life and need replacement. The cost of replacing the heating and air conditioning systems and solar will be largely offset by energy savings over the life of those systems.
Work is anticipated to take place starting in the summer of 2023.
