Overlook Apartments Phase II – Off-site Right-of-Way Improvements

As part of the Overlook Apartments development the City is requiring street improvements on Whitter Avenue SE from SR166/ Mile Hill to Lovell and on SE Lovell Street from Whitter to west of Russell. Construction may begin as early as February of 2022. Work includes a new sidewalk, landscape strip, road reconstruction, and stormwater drainage. Construction is located within City’s right-of-way.

A surveyor placed marking showing the limits of construction in December. City approved plans are attached describing the upcoming work.
