Pottery Non-motorized Improvements

Project Information

Construction on the City’s Pottery Ave Non-Motorized Improvements project is currently ongoing. During the early portion of the week ending 6/21, the work zones are anticipated to be located between the SR 16 overpass and approximately 500’ south of the southern Cedar Heights Middle School driveway entrance and between Sunset Ln and May St. From midweek through the end of the week ending 6/21, the work zone is anticipated to be located on Pottery Ave between Sunset Ln and May St. The southbound lane of Pottery Ave will be closed. Flaggers will alternate traffic through the work zone.

Please drive slowly and obey posted signs during construction. It is recommended to utilize alternate routes during construction. Recommended alternative routes can be found on the project’s webpage found at https://portorchardwa.gov/pottery-non-motorized-improvements/.

PSE will be performing utility pole relocations along Pottery Ave near Sunset Lane and approximately 200’ north of the Lippert Dr intersection. This work will be performed between Monday 6/17 and Thursday 6/20. Please direct inquiries to Puget Sound Energy regarding this portion of the work.
